Should inform in advance some things not a HOTEL
I had not so good experience, I wasn't expecting lack of many things: front desk refuse to give me a second key, while in my room I call front desk for another bath towel, they asked me to go and pick up at front desk, at arrival or departure personnel DO NOT GREET, no service attitude at all, parking not comfortable, no vending machines, rooms with not even a courtesy water bottle, no coffee maker -to be a "suite" it is inconvenience. room was not really clean, it was dusty.

We were told at check-in that there was no hot water and it was being worked on that the following morning would be fixed. We ended up checking out a day earlier because the issue was never resolved. I think this time, I would be due a refund.

Overall a good stay. Wish it had running hot water. They stated they had a plumbing issue which caused the lack of hot water or even pressure. Its a good location, walking distance to a lot of places to eat.

Nice personel. The rooms were clean. I prefer softer pillows. Parking was crowded at night but the gentleman that control the parking was nice and made it possible.

The bed frame was so squeaky and unstable we had to put the mattress on the floor. The mattress was comfy. The reservation was for two people and we only had one towel. One of the receptionist was just getting off his shift and was going to give us his parking spot, however, a customer left and one spot opened up.
