I was arrive late and only stay for one night. I wanted to sleep and I realized that the air conditioning was not working and I notified the reception and they told me that it was late and there was no technician and that they would send me a ventilator and that I would excuse them, they would give me another room next time. when I don't live there and I was just passing through.
