The staff are incredible, kind & very accommodating! I purchased the upgrade to an oceanview room & it was a great. My only hangup was the headboard in the bedroom was visibly dirty & there wasnt any area for soap inside of the shower. I would get management to buy into the idea of incidental costs when additional cleanup of rooms is required by housekeeping. This would be a perfect hotel for business professionals looking to spend time in Tijuana but they'd expect the cleanliness of the property to complement the extraordinary service of the staff.

I have no words to explain how awful night me and my family had last night, I was not able to sleep all night and still had to make a 10hr drive home, room 113 started having a party at around 1:30am, many people in the room having a karaoke night, I called front desk I was told someone will go to talk to them but they continued, they were having loud and inappropriate conversations, I called again around 2:30 am, I heard a staff member knocked their door and talked to them again but they continued with the party, around 3am I went and knock myself and a male opened the door and I asked to please be mindful, we had to leave in a couple of hours we had not Had sleep, he said they were having a good time but they will try to keep it low! They never did, my husband and I also reported it to front desk when we checked out, please please please pay more attention to this type of complaints and try to make accommodations, I suffer from seizures and lack of sleep will trigger them, we are extremely tired trying to get home si ve we had been stopping a lot!

This Hotel was very excellent for our one day stay, Rooms were very clean and comfortable to be in Playas Don't forget to ask for ocean view room. The only thing negative was the towels, can be better quality. That can be corrected by Owner. Restaurant has good food not included ok .

Super friendly staff, a really great restaurant, and the ocean view rooms have an excellent view of the ocean. They accommodated my every wish, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. If you're going to the playas of Tijuana, I can't think of a better place to stay.
