Comfortable bed , in room safe , nice amenities restaurant had good food. Good location close to revolucion .ave. Fair price for nice Facilities.menu was only in Spanish, ,a Bilingual menu would be helpful.the staff were all very helpful and friendly over all very good service . No cable t.v but offered Streaming services which included Netflix among others.

Everything was awesome except they wanted me to park on a public parking because they didn’t have enough space for my car. That was not disclosed when I reserved the room. I end up parking my car on the street.

The Hotel was beautiful and the staff was great!! Super friendly. I only have one complaint. Parking is not guaranteed! The description tells you its free which it is but it fails to tell you they have limited space. When we arrived they had parking but the next day when we requested our truck I was told VERY rudely by one of the parking guys that if i take my truck when I return he will not have parking for me and i needed to figure out on my own where to park it. This was very inconvenient as i explained to them i do my research and specifically select hotels that have parking included so that i dont have to worry about where to store my truck. I dont normally leave reviews but this was Unacceptable. We had planned to use this hotel for all our future visits but because of how this was handled we will not.

Overall the physical condition of the property was good. The hotel was clean; my room was very nice and it was well-appointed. However, I did not have a good experience with the staff working at the hotel. I booked a hotel room for two nights, Saturday night and Sunday night. However, in order for me to drive back to the USA and arrive at work Monday morning at 7:30AM, I had to leave the hotel and check out around 10PM Sunday night. When I approached the front desk at 10:00PM Sunday evening and told the front desk clerk that I needed to have my vehicle brought to me by valet and that I was checking out, I was told that my vehicle would not be brought to me and that I would need to remain in the lobby until my hotel room was "checked." In my hundreds of hotel stays around the world, I have NEVER been held "hostage" or had my vehicle held hostage while my room was checked prior to checking out. In this instance, I had to remain in the hotel lobby until the hotel staff checked my room. Of course, nothing out of the ordinary was found; my room was left in very clean order; nothing was missing, and after being checked and nothing found wrong, my vehicle was brought to me by valet and I was "allowed" to leave the hotel. I do not know what the policies are of this hotel, but I have never been made to feel like a criminal by another hotel; I have never been held hostage before by a hotel, and I've never had my vehicle withheld from me until my hotel room was checked. Not good exp.

Great hotel! Valet parking is very convenient with ground floor parking lot. Super fast and easy check in process. Hotel was very clean and quiet. No noisy bars nearby. There's an elevator so no need to carry luggage up and down the stairs (I've seen hotels with 4 floors and no elevator). Hotel has hot tubs and hang out spot on the top which is also the bar/restaurant. We got the octupus tacos which were really good. Staff was really nice and made it an enjoyable experience. We were missing a room fridge at first but they were able to bring later that day. We will definitely stay here again.
