Quiet Little Place
We stayed at BNB013 for just 1 night, as we passed through Tilburg during our vacation through the Netherlands, and was easy to find. The bedroom is located in a private residence, and the bathroom is shared. The facilities are clean, comfortable, and quiet. Our Host, Martijn, is a VERY hospitable guy and a good conversationalist. Although we did not have time to enjoy them, Martijn offered us bicycles, so that we could get into the Netherlands' favorite mode of transportation. Parking was found on the street, but Martijn, upon request, might be able to offer his private parking place just in front of the building.

Accessible distance in residential area
Friendly and helpful host with spotless room. Very ideal for getaway as the quite neighbourhood could accommodate with less than 10 minutes walk to the town centre and another 10 minutes to the train station.

Prima plekje, maar erg gehorig en weinig privacy
Het is geen hotel, maar 2 kamers in een eengezinswoning ingericht als hotel kamer. Prima, schoon en netjes, maar weinig gevoel van privacy. Kamer is vrij klein zonder tv. Je hoort de andere gast goed doordat het huis vrij gehorig is. De bewoner zelf is er ook met regelmaat, slaapt er ook. Voelt meer alsof er aan het logeren bent bij iemand die je niet kent. Dat is prima, maar had wel iets beter aangegeven mogen staan.

Huiselijke sfeer..
Rustige locatie met lekker bed. Het huis is zeer schoon en goed onderhouden. Foto's corresponderen met de realiteit. Gastvrije gastheer. Voelt een beetje alsof je komt logeren. Ontbijt is simpel doch lekker. Niets op aan te merken en zeker aan te raden als je een iets zoekt in Tilburg!

Leuke B&B vlakbij ziekenhuis.
Daar mijn man in ziekenhuis was voor operatie was dit ideaal. Netjes en vriendelijk, mocht fiets gebruiken, alles kon.
