Hotel was under construction, breakfast was average and air conditioning in breakfast room to cold .air conditioning in room was old and didn t work properly

This is not a 5 star hotel… the rooms are bad, the bathrooms is horrible! The service… not the best

Rooms are extremely big and comfortable. Internet connection needs improvement as well as the TV cable/satelite provider. No TV service was ever available. Nevertheless, the hospitality of the staff at the reception and restaurant was impeccable.

In spite the fact that the Man Albania Hotel is going under a mayor renovation; excellence in service remains unaffected. All the staff is compromised to make this hotel remain a hospitality land mark and reference in Tirana. Thanks and keep the excellent work.
