Tony at the valet was welcoming and a gentlemen. Front desk staff was accommodating to our needs and helpful with local places to visit. Whenever I’m in Tirana, this hotel will be my choice.

Un peu cher mais ça vaut le coup
Très belle hôtel dommage je comprends toujours pas ce manque de sourire et d'attention du peuple albanais et là il devrait faire un effort c'est un hôtel de haute gamme au prix qu'on paie un minimum... C'est aussi dommage le service ménage est pas à heure fixe soit la chambre est fait à 9h soit à 17h30 à revoir un peu l'organisation. Mais l'infrastructure hôtelière est top .

Una struttura di alto livello bellissima personale che qui in Italia non trovi gentilissimi colazione da paura servita anche in camera disponibilità ad ogni esigenza del cliente parlano anche italiano un po' noi siamo stati benissimo e ci torneremo l'anno prossimo
