Great small property. There is no parking so not great if you have a car but walkable to everything. We inly ate breakfast in the restaurant but it was great.

Beautiful designer hotel in the heart of the city. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the linen luxurious. The room was very quiet. Individual temperature control in the room. I booked the room with the bath which was a large deep bath. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooftop restaurant food was delicious and nice to sit outside looking over rooftops. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely comd back if i travel to Tirana again.

The Crown Boutique was clean, with very helpful, friendly, mostly English-speaking staff. The location was great for us and the restaurant was outstanding including the included breakfast. We had some issues with the electrical functions, from outlets to tv to window treatments. Also the bath, though lovely to look at was very impractical. Water from the shower sprayed out into the room no matter what and the sink was so small as to be almost unusable. The glass divider between toilet and shower was a hazard when coming into the room at night in a strange room. Not easily visible but very easy to bump into.

Good central location, 5 mins from Skanderbeg square. The rooms are well sound insulated from busy streets. Staff were friendly and helpful. Small spa facilities were a nice addition.

The location was very convenient. The breakfast was fantastic although the service is not super quick so you need to have extra time to enjoy breakfast. Front desk staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay there again if I am coming back to Tirana.

This place was great. It’s beautiful. The only thing missing was a place to put my clothes in the room. I wish there was a set of drawers. No real complaints though. This place is amazing and the location is unbeatable! The breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly. Highly recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Tirana!

I spend a great time there with my gf. Good looking Hotel small and cosy. Cleanness on the highest level, Big plus for that. Upstairs the best restaurant in whole Tirana! Amazing breakfasts, we love it! Nice staff was a pleasure to meet and talk. Only one minus. Door when closing make big noise. Really unpleasant specialy when your neighbours come back late at night.

The hotel is very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Service was great. Only minor issue is sometimes the room was hot other times cold, even though the thermostat was not touched, maybe it was just me having hot flashes. LOL as we boomers say. Would stay here again.

Amazing staff that were very helpful throughout the entire trip. Beautiful room and overall property. Don’t forget to take advantage of the included spa services and free daily breakfast (that we forgot about). Would definitely stay again!

Hotels.com customer service is atrocious
Hotel was nice but either staff there or Expedia canceled my room before I arrived Leaving me walking the streets my first night there. I. Had messaged hotel saying I’d arrive at midnight right before boarding my final flight. When I landed had a message. My room was canceled by Expedia and given away. I. Was denied a refund even though my prepaid room was rented out. Hotel’s customer service said it wasn’t cancelled then it was canceled in August then said I canceled it while I. Was on a plane. The customer service lied constantly and basically stole $150 from me. Hotels rewards program is great but Expedia now runs it and were terrible. I feel bad for anyone who has an. Issue with them. Absolutely pathetic terrible customer service
