Rude check in . Rooms not ready an hour after check in time. Unclean. Pool not monitored persons drinking alcohol in pool. Male guests peeing in bushes. Very low condition.

Property and rooms are very outdated and not well cleaned. Breakfast choices were minimal and out of coffee during prime time.

Upon checking in I asked if we could check out a little late because our cruise port checkin was late. She said we could do 12, instead of 11. When I asked if she could write it somewhere, she changed her mind and said I couldn’t do it. She acted as if she never said it. When we checked in we were exhausted and went right to sleep. The next morning I noticed there were four or five pubic hairs at the top of the shower and a lot of dirt. It was clearly not cleaned. I also noticed that the sink had a bunch of yucky goopy stuff caked on around the faucet. We were scheduled to stay here a second time at the end of our cruise, but I asked if we could get a refund for that day. It did not meet our standards for cleanliness. The lady said to have Expedia call her because she cannot do anything about it because we booked with a third party. I did as I was told. Expedia said they refused to sign a waiver for a refund, but in person they said that Expedia said they don’t allow refunds… I really do not want to go back on Friday but also do not want to lose money. They lie in person acting like it’s Expedia when it’s really them. The pool is also in the parking lot of Popeyes. Do not stay here!!!. My husband felt very dirty and swears he saw a cockroach as well. I am going to contact the health department.

When I got here, my kids saw the pool. And they were so excited to go into the pool. Only to be told by the front desk agent that the pool is not working. They didn't put that online so u could Decide before you get there or before I was purchased in the room. I was so upset and I already paid for you.

We were able to get a last minute room fir the night , Front desk person was very helpful . Room was clean and had some updates wich were nice. All in all a reasonable room for the prie point.b

Do not recommend this hotel

We were extremely dissatisfied with this hotel. The lady who checked us in was extremely rude. The hotel is in a very noisy area. The breakfast was very basic. The topper was that we requested a wake up call for 7:30 am and the call came at 5:00. I called the front desk to tell them we wanted the call at 7:30. We received the second call at 6:30. Not 7:30 as requested. Do not recommend staying at this hotel!!!

Not a great hotel.

The room had no working smoke alarm, despite bringing it up to management several times. The Popeyes across the street was blaring music at all hours of the night which made it hard to sleep and the room heater was not working.

Room was run down and dirty. Looks like this place was built in the 1980’s. Sometime in the last 10 years all of the furniture and walls were refreshed by slapping a paint of coat over them.
