A decent enough hotel good value for money. The room was large and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Evening meals were average and a bit expensive for what was on offer. I would however stay there again.

I stayed in room 10 and my first impressions were that it was a spacious room. The room was cold and uninviting. The window sill had paint peeling away and there was a draft from the window. I requested a heater and it took ages for the heater to arrive and to then heat the room. The towel rack in the bathroom was rusty.

The staff were very nice but the hotel was a little tired . Good location and easy parking . If I was Tiverton again i would stay there. Bed was very comfortable

Staff were very pleasant and helpful . Hotel was a little shabby in places eg wear on the stair carpet . A comfortable night beds were comfortable and it was quiet .

Excellent value for money. Clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable room. Good food. Pleasant staff. Only criticism was that the mattress was very soft. Not good for those with back peoblems.

Reception staff were all friendly and welcoming and the hotel is as clean as it can be, given that it desperately needs refurbishment. The room was large, linen was spotless. Plenty of tea and coffee provided.
