What a fantastic time I had at this hotel. Room was lovely and very clean and tidy. The staff was amazing and so friendly and welcoming and really happy to help. I can really recommend the Tiverton Hotel and the breakfast was amazing each morning

I'm need of some TLC.
The staff were lovely. However, the building was 'tired' and I would imagine it would have been great in the eighties. New carpets to replace the threadbare area by the window in the restaurant would create a better first impression. Unable to open the window in my room which had an unpleasant odour. The carpet was stained and full of ripples from where it had stretched over the years.

This hotel was very spacious and the staff were very friendly and it is situated in a great area to access many places. The rooms were very big and clean.

The staff were lovely, polite and efficient. Dinner was very good. The room was well equipped, even though the fixtures, fittings and mattress were dated. The stair carpet had some holes in it. Not a problem in the slightest, but evidence of a lovely hotel that’s looking just bit tired and shabby. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back though.

Very warm welcome. Karen was so helpful and talked us through all options at the hotel and booked us a taxi, this lady could not be more helpful. The hotel was clean and the main areas have been under renovation and the whole hotel is due for upgrade. Our room was huge we had a double and a single. Good facilities in the room, although one pack of biscuits for three people didn’t seem fair. Bathroom was a little dated but clean. Lots of free car parking and WiFi was free. Overall good stay.

Great location and parking for Tiverton centre, easy walk to centre. Rooms were clean and very spacious, hotel is undergoing some refurbishment but this didn't affect our stay. Good breakfast and evening food, the staff are very helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking available. Will stay again.

The small of marijuana in the corridor was over powering. The rooms are nonsmoking but no one cares. It’s a 1980’s dated hotel, it needs an update and the reception staff need to improve their customer service skills. This is clearly a great place for workmen. The food was ok, very hot and enjoyable. It is a low grade hotel but if you want to stop over on your way through then it’s a good place to stay.

My second stay here, my room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff are great and a there is a lot of refurbishment in progress, so all round a pleasant stay now and in the future.

We were visiting family so this was just off the M5, perfect after a long journey down. Tesco round the corner and a nice off lead dog walk across the road then to the left. Breakfast was nice,had everything I needed. My room was dated but was clean ,Some rooms being updated but didn't effect me as they were quiet in the mornings so didn't hear till walked out.
