There are a few signs of wear and tear and some maintenance issues but nothing that spoils a great stay. Food choice in the buffets is great and freshly prepared. "Really amazing stay! Airport transfer arranged with hotel and was waiting for us outside arrivals. Really warm welcome from staff with a tour of room and tea served to us which was lovely. Breakfast was plentiful, very filling & top ups of coffee milk when requested. All staff are so warm and helpful, they honestly can’t do enough for you. We were put onto a bus into the medina which was so cheap and advised to get a taxi back and how much to expect to pay. We ate at the hotel both nights and the food was incredible, I could eat that meal over and over again! The surroundings are amazing, well looked after gardens and pool was freezing but kids still enjoyed it. We would definitely stay here again, we had plenty of space in our family room, fridge, microwave, coffee machine etc. we knew it was about 15/20 mins from the centre but this didn’t bother us as we only planned to go in once and our other trip collected us from the hotel. The staff really make this place they were just all so kind & pleasant. "
