Baja stay
Love Totas Santos-Cabo. 10 minute walk to beach sat on beach and saw whales. Property is great around corner places to eat and coffee shop.. Landis was excellent for food. Host was great and responsive to everything .

Cozy stay in a quiet neighborhood
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Todos Santos. Caroline was very easy to get directions and recommendations from, and the check-in process went smoothly. They also are right next door and are friendly if you need anything. The nearby neighborhood is charming and our favorite restaurant was 5 tacos and a beer. (They had awesome fresh tortillas and killer mezcalitas!) The rooms were close to what was advertised. The only note is that the shower in the hallway has their faucet switched. So, hot is cold and cold is hot. If you have a car, there are a bunch of nice beaches nearby for you to explore!

We loved our time at Casa Caoba!
We stayed for two months at Casa Caoba and had a perfect time. We are 2 adults and one child (3.5 year old) and a dog. The location in Las Tunas is really perfect, especially for families. Ten minute walk to the beautiful beach (and the walk itself is lovely and quiet dirt road), many very delicious outdoor restaurants literally on the same block as the house so no need to drive into town for those nights you want to stay close), and 5+ minute drive into town for when you want tons and tons of dining options. Even a laundromat behind the house for dropping off dirty clothes! The house was perfect for our needs, the internet worked really well (we both work remotely, and my husband does big data work and requires lots of bandwidth), and we never had a single issue with the internet over the two months stay. Caroline and her family are great - they are there next door if you need anything but completely out of your way also.
