The townhome had a lovely view of Lake Superior, the area was extremely quiet, thee staff was very helpfull and friendly, and the stay was thoroughly enjoyable.

Small apartments right on Lake Superior with a playground, charcoal grills, and kitchens. Our unit had everything we needed, with a beautiful view, although the furnishings seemed tired.

The best part of Lutsen Sea Villas is the serenity you will experience there. The sound of the waves coming onshore is so calming and you can hardly tell anyone else is there. That said, the property is quite outdated, which really didn't detract from the experience if you are looking for that rustic feel. The pool and hot tub were dirty (brown "dirt-like" substances at the bottom). But the kids enjoyed the splash area. At check-in I waited for at least 5 minutes before anyone came to help, and the guy just took my credit card and info and that was it. Didn't really tell me much about the property or amenities, which was quite disappointing since we paid a lot for a weeknight stay.

The actual condo was great! Gorgeous water views from the master. Our biggest disappointment was the indoor pool on the property. It was so dirty. Green going up the side walls. A good scrubbing and it’d be great but that really was disappointing.
