Noise was from frequent emergency vehicles at all hours. The Japanese use their sirens constantly, not sparingly like the US. The emergency vehicles have full sirens, even at night, along with a loudspeaker.

Shinjuku Oasis near train station
A wonderful haven during a weekend getaway to Shinjuku. Close to train station for easy check-in, luggage storage for early check-in and checkout, and numerous delicious restaurants and unique bars. Worthy of a repeat visit.

Check out at 10:00 A.M. seemed harsh considering the fact that they are in the heart of Shinjuku and people who visit the place are prone to stay up late. No couch in the lobby to hang out in case you had some time to kill. The only option is to pay them extra by the hour if your flight is to leave later in the day. The staff was fine. The room and bathroom were small but clean, nice view from the 12th floor. Shinjuku party district is walking distance.

The hotel is very near to the train station. The staff are helpful and professional in dealing with my issues. Not a quiet neighorhood and ambulance sirens running in the night. It's quite convenient as a supermarket and pharmacy are across the street. Housekeeping is doing a great job.

I loved the cleanliness, the location of the property for dining options, bars, clubs, and other activities. Everything is very walkable. The only thing that was a shock was how little walking room there was in the hotel room. I’m used to larger sizes in USA, but honestly no complaints. You get what you pay for. The customer service was top tier. Able to pay for a longer stay without difficulty.

This APA is located on the north end of Shinjuku very close to trains and good restaurants. The rooms are large enough and at the price this APA is a very good deal.
