The price of our stay was not what I reserved 3 months in advanced , we ended up paying way more for a room that was not what I reserved... also we had paid for breakfast tickets but was told that we had to pay a whole lot more for each day. We had previously stayed here 2 weeks prior and did not have this problem at all.

Loved this hotel, it’s really close to a train station and has a 7-11 down the block. Location is quiet, but still accessible to things to see via train. If you walk towards the train station, there’s a little alley with tons of local restaurants. Staff was super friendly and helpful, they helped us arrange luggage transport for our next destination, Kyoto.

100% recommended! I will stay here again if I visit this area again in the future! The staff are very friendly,polite and helpful whenever i had questions! The room is very clean,quiet and neat,we had 3 beds in our room, beds and pillows are very comfortable to sleep in! Plenty amenities! The pressure of shower water are very good, I don't want to get out of shower. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights,and we enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you so much!

Excellent option for someone wanting to spend time in Tokyo if traveling in and out of Haneda Airport. Of course there are like APA hotels in Shinigawa or other locations closer to the city center, but commute from Kamata is not difficult.

First time in an APA Hotel. Very nice property for the location. The room itself is somewhat worn. Assumed previous visitors did not treat the room very well. Overall, it was a great first experience and would definitely stay again!
