The rooms are hot and you’re stuck with that.
The room was hot, you can’t turn off the heat. It seems the whole hotel has a set temperature and it was hot and stuffy, you are forced to endure very hot room.

The room for two people are extremely tight even for Japan's standard. To have a bed up against the wall, it was extremely hard to get out of the bed without disturbing your wife/husband. In addition, our skin developed a rash from either the soap they provided they dried out our skin or the detergent they used for their robes and towels. We couldn't really determine which it was.

Compact, convenient business hotel with Onsen Spa
Compact, convenient business hotel 5min from JR Ueno station and subway stations. Room is super compact as a typical central Tokyo business hotel. The 5-star feature of this hotel is top of the building Onsen-Spa. It has three soaking area with different temperature both in indoor and terrace area (fully covered but get outside breeze). Very relaxing temperatures and very clean. Our too computer shows if it is crowded or not and it is open up to midnight ( I thought). Also it is very clean.

Rooms are tiny, and there is no reception area to hang out. The curtains of our room were dirty. Looked like someone spilled their coffee on it . Location is very convenient with easy access to subwaystation, train, shopping and dinning.

My first time staying here at this APA. Usually I stay in the Shinjuku area APA. Prefer how the onsen is on the top floor 15 compared to the basement B1 of other APA. Facilities are clean and nice and the layout of the room allows space to open luggage and store luggage out of the way under the bed. Would stay here again. Arrived early and left bags with concierge downstairs easily. QR code to leave and pick up luggage.

I’ve stayed in other APA before and the rooms are bigger than other locations. Convenient location and easy to get around from Ueno station. I also like how you can put your luggage under the bed. Other APA are tightly arranged and can’t open luggage or leave luggage open

Location was convenient, but very noisy, right by the train tracks and busy streets and lots of construction. Yes, everything was clean, but the room was super small, barely enough room for two people to stand in the same room. I could’ve gotten a much bigger room for less than what I paid here. We Could only open one suitcase at a time by putting it on the chair. Everything else had to go under the bed. Amenities were OK. Though would’ve been nice if lotion was also provided. Instant coffee was terrible so definitely get your coffee somewhere else Looks like they had a pretty good restaurant that we didn’t have a chance to eat there
