The property was very nice and the rooms were clean when we got there. The amenities were great and the onsen was fantastic. The room was a little small but it was a good place to sleep.

This hotel offers excellent value. The rooms are smaller, but staying in Tokyo means sacrificing space. The rooms were well designed (e.g., suitcase storage under the bed, lots of nooks to store items) and clean. The hotel staff was really nice and helpful. We were able to store our luggage before and after check-in. Highly recommended.

I liked my little room. Well designed for one person. Due to the 20 floors, the elevators and lobby area can be pretty chaotic and require a lot of patience.

The room we booked was for 2 people. The room was so small that bed was right at the corner of the room under the window. Anyone sleeping on that side had to go over the other person to go to bathroom or leave the room. Not enough soace for the suitcases so we had to have them close and under the bed. The bathroom was tiny, we keep hitting our arms and legs to the side when putting cloths on. The hallway was so hot at all times, it was suflicating to walk at the hallway to go in snd out of the room.

Convenient location, amazing view from our 20th floor window and comfortable bed. Check in and out process all automated and easy and fresh towels daily. Stayed 4 nights and even though the room was small there was plenty of space to hang/store stuff
