We loved our executive king and how spacious it was. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. This will be our hotel every time we visit Tokyo. Arigato!

It's so loud
I complained that I was running upstairs, but I still ran around. Chun Jung's back rang and I couldn't sleep because I was running from dawn. After the tour, I came into the room and I still ran. After talking to the front desk, it was quiet for a while, and then ran again from dawn. I told him on the phone that it was too loud to sleep, but no action was taken. It was the worst trip ever

Overall feeling is good. But I can hear every time the next room we shared the wall, Their bathroom sliding door always makes noise when they close the sliding door which is knocking the wall. Sounds very loud especially at night.

Best view in Tokyo
Magical hotel right in the centre of Asakusa. We had the most stunning view of Tokyo tower, sensoji temple and many more and it was amazing. Staff were super friendly and the rooms were great
