This place rules. I mean we paid extra to get the lounge stuff and access to the gym/pools which we never used because turns out when you're in Tokyo you just wanna be OUT in Tokyo hahaha. But the lounge was great and had free booze and food. The rooms are great and included a lot of great immenities like bath salts! They also helped set up shipping our luggage to the next location. Definitely recommend. Pretty close to Shibuya crossing too, you can just walk there but be careful - it is a kinda confusing area with all of the elevated walkways haha.

We got the Deluxe King Non-Smoking room w/ breakfast. Really happy with our stay, we checked in between 9pm-10pm, staff were quick to grab our bags and help us into our room. The room is clean, has all bathroom needs like hair dryer, disposable tooth brush, shower cap, hair brush etc. Staff are super friendly and eager to help. Has great restaurants and is very close to everything, trains, shibuya crossing, malls, has a convenience store outside the hotel which is super handy. Only issue is that the bed we had was two beds put together to make 1 x King bed, however this was only a small issue and didn't devalue the experience. We will definitely stay here again.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Got a corner room this time with great view of the city. Quite a few high end restaurants in the hotel. Convenient to the Shibuya Station. Very comfortable room except the mattress was a bit too soft for me. Overall I enjoyed my stay here very much.
