Great hotel staff. We used and like the private under ground hotel entrance to go to Shimbashi metro. Rooms were serviced daily which was great.

Very family friendly
Excellent hotel in a superb location, with lots of convenience & drug stores around, very helpful to have when traveling with small kids. Metro access inside the hotel was super handy and easy to get to wherever in Tokyo. We were staying on the premiere floor which gave us acess to lots of free amenties such as the lounge, free mini bar & all the top ups, free breakfast across different restaurants in hotel & free room service breakfast was handy when we were extra tired. The extra pennies to stay on premiere floor are worth it especially if you're travelling with family (all the free food and snacks made it easier for my 1 year old son). Very caring staff and beautiful hotel!

Close to the train station and convenice stores. Safe too because your room key is used to access the elevators. Staff are very helpful. I needed to see an eye doctor because I had an inverted contact lenses and couldn't get it out and it was a Sunday and close to 6:00 p.m. and the hotel staff helped me find an open clinic. No insurance and paided about $50 for it. Also, if you are female, all staff serving you will be female, even bell service.
