The Daiwa went above and beyond our expectations. The staff was friendly and quick to help. Very classy hotel, lots of quality and free amenities. The room was very clean, comfortable and provided all that we could want or need. Great experience, would definitely recommend and stay there again.

The check-in and check-out was fast with many desk clerks so there was no waiting. The rooms are a little narrow but fine overall. They supply toothbrushes & toothpaste, razor & shaving cream and a comb.

The room was very nice. Restaurant was good for breakfast. Dinner we had wasn't that great. Be aware the restaurant is closed on Tuesday evenings , so you must find somewhere local. We didn't find quality restaurants nearby.

This was an amazing hotel, rooms are spacious, staff are very friendly, the hotel is conveniently located next to a metro station but also a 20 minutes walk away from Shinjuku - I very much enjoyed my stay here, HIGHLY recommended.

Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Clean, modern, great AC, loads of hot water with high pressure, firm beds. Quiet night sleep every night Super cute Halloween decorations in lobby. Free Amenities bar in lobby with all products you make need! Quieter part of town - 5 mins walks to metro, 20mins to Shinjuku. 7/11 in basement. We did not have breakfast here. Daisy bakery next door. We got the limousine bus from the airport and got off at Hilton Hotel stop, then 5 mins walk to hotel from there. Washing machine 500yen.
