East SQUARE Tokyo was an absolutely incredible place to stay as first time travellers to Japan! The place is new and the rooms are great. It is located super close to a metro station that has trains going in both directions so you can find yourself in the thick of things in absolutely no time at all, but still come home to the quite location with supermarkets and convenience stores on the back door. Having the kitchen meant we could cook ourselves breakfast each morning, because breakfast can be difficult to find in Japan. The staff speak incredible english and are happy to help with everything you need. The only thing I took one star off for was the location (not the hotel itself) and that is only because it was almost impossible for me to eat as a vegetarian. This was a bit a of a stressor but we found ways to work around, and again this is only for "location" not for the hotel itself which was AMAZING!!!!

Great fully stocked service apartment type for a big families. Great customer service and staff speaks English very well. Very near Morishita station (<5min walk), but note that station is far from center of most happening areas in Tokyo (Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ginza). If you want a big space and an affordable rate, this is a good choice. Note that there is no room cleaning services, towels changing / rubbish clearing/ basic toilet cleaning is done once every 2 days.

The location is unbeatable—close to everything you need while still being tucked away enough to ensure a peaceful stay. The surroundings are quiet, making it perfect for relaxation after a busy day. Transit options are incredibly convenient, with easy access to public transportation and major routes, so getting around the city is a breeze.

At check in, we were greeted by a friendly staff who gave us very detailed briefing of the apartment and facilities. The rooms were spotless. Only complaint is that the hot water would turn cold for 1-2 seconds during a shower and lack of hooks or towel rods to hang our clothes and towels. There was only 1 clothes rack that could barely accommodate all our winter jackets. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay, located near several convenience shops and eateries, a short walk to the metro station and easy to get to almost everywhere.

Location is near the metro however, only 1 exit has an elevator. The rest only has stairs. Property manager was extremely friendly and was able to speak English well. He took the time to show us the room. He also recommended some food options nearby to us. Highly recommended stay and we will definitely want to return!

The staff were so kind and helped us with our inquiries. The amenities were wonderful and the rooms were traditional, comfortable, and spacious. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants easy access to Morishita station as the distance is so convenient.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped. We had separate bedrooms with their own AC so when you closed the door you were still comfortable. Brand new washing machine. Great shower and loved the kitchen. Lots of complimentary goodies - from crackers to instant soup to instant coffee. Best of all were the staff on site - friendly, helpful, kind and thoughtful. I would definitely come back and will recommend to as many people as I can. Actually, out of five properties this was definitely by far the best - a perfect 10.

Our stay at Square EAST Tokyo was very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating to our early check-in request. The apartment was very clean, spacious, comfortable and fully equipped. It was a short walk to the subway. Highly recommend!

EAST Square Tokyo was a great stay! It is clean and the staff are great. They welcomed us and make check-in seamless. They showed us to our room and showed us all the amenities. The location of the hotel is near the Lawson (only 1 minute), making it super convenient. Also, they provide water, snacks, and coffee. The room is easily accessible. Don’t need to worry about a key as everything is through keypad. Lastly, they provide clean sheets and panjamas which were comfortable. Overall a great stay and I highly recommend.

This is the third property we rented during our 14-day vacation in Japan. The accommodation is by far the best. The rooms are beautiful and have Japanese aesthetics. It's very close to the train station. The staff were accommodating and will do their best to assist us with our needs. Special mention to Haruna: She was very helpful, hospitable, and pleased to work with us. Thanks, Tokyo East. I look forward to staying next time we visit Tokyo Arigato.
