The hotel is in a great location, but it needs to be remodeled some, the room was tired and dated the beds need to be replace - too old the one i slept on had a tilt to the floor and the toilet doesn't flush well

Hotel is in good condition. Room is big and clean. There is a balcony. However our room toilet stink of pee when we checked in. After they cleaned up next day it was much better. The train station is just a 10 minutes walk away. Easy to go to other part of Tokyo as Shinagawa, Shibuya, Harajuku and Shinjuku is along the Yamanote Line

Overall very nice experience. The only thing I did not like was the spa usage was not very easy. They said I don’t have the card on file, although I checked in with the card. He said I could use it and I had to go back to my room and get another credit card.
