First of all, our room had this bizarre central light switch near the entryway which when turned off it did not allow us to turn on the lights, for example to go to the bathroom which is just terrible. Who designed this anyway? In fact, each of our nightstands had a flashlight to make our way to the bathroom In the middle of the night because of central light switch was off. The air conditioning was not working And because we were only staying one night, I didn’t wanna bother with informing the staff. There was a light there are the elevator that kept flickering The room was really dated. Not a great location for walking, for example, to look for a restaurant or something like that.

The beautiful Japanese garden. It is a beautiful respite amidst a very bustling city. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Don't like the room at all. It's too dated! This doesn't qualify to be classified as a "luxury hotel". Need to update the room and get rid of the carpet, wall paper and very 70's furniture.
