Hotel was in a nice quite area, perfect for families. Close to train stations and restaurants, walking distance. Room was very clean and had enough space for luggage. Staff was also very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Our family will definitely return to this hotel for our next trip to Japan.

The staff is really nice! Although The hotel is clean the room is small like all the other hotel in Japan. We have 2 adults 3 young kids, we felt ok.

Literally 4 mins walk from Hamamatsucho JR station and monorail. Loads of dining options and bars close by, loads of combinis too. Also right next to a massive karaoke bar if the mood takes you. Staff were great, English was good, food at breakfast also very nice.
