We stayed here for 2 nights on our way to the UK. The room was small (but that's standard for Tokyo), but comfortable, and had everything we needed. They had also provided pyjamas and slippers, which was a lovely touch.
We enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning, and thought it was good value, with a mix of Japanese and Western dishes.
The café area is great, as you can help yourself to coffee, teas, hot chocolate etc any time before midnight. We liked to have a before bed drink at the end of each day!
There is a microwave to heat up food, which is great if you're keeping meal costs down, and buying a meal from 7Eleven or the like. (The ready meals from convenience stores are great quality.)
There is a laundry, so you can do your washing if you need / want to, for a small price. However, the machines are self-dosing washer and dryer combos, and the dryer function is not great. Our clothes were still damp at the end of the cycle, however we hung them up around our room overnight, and they were completely dry by morning.
The staff were friendly and very helpful.
