First time in Japan. The staff at &Here Ueno was very helpful and friendly. My room was a bit small for two but my adult daughter and I made it work. The beds were the best! I would definitely stay again.

Blissful stay.
This hotel has a friendly atmosphere. Everything in the room was just as we expected. We had some trouble learning how to use the air conditioning/heating. Once we got the hang of it was fine. We enjoyed having the kitchen for breakfast and occasional meals. The location next to Ueno Park makes for a nice feature. It is only a few minutes to several subway stations and to Ueno train station. Our room overlooked the park and that was lovely to wake up to. Ne aspect of the hotel is that the corridors are open to the sky. It was fine for us but I think guests should know this.

&Here is a 8-10min walk from the JR Ueno station and there are other stations around the hotel like Yushima or Okachimachi that are walkable to too. Ueno Park is just directly opposite the hotel which is absolutely lovely to wake up to. The room and hotel is large, clean and beautifully designed!

Lovely new hotel
It’s very new hotel. Family unit is spacious. Hotel is very ESG (towards sustainability) means no clean up for 3N stay. Near to train stations especially the keisen skyliner to Narita airport. Close to food and shopping alley. Will certainly return again.

New amenities with good location, but the service is lower than the average. Can not feel the Japanese hospitality. Three nights stays but the counter said they won't make up the room but just replenished the towels which is fine to me. But the ran out of tissues they also didn't top up for it. People didn't not pay less for continusal stays.

Great home base for a Tokyo visit
This hotel was a perfect home base for 6 nights in Tokyo. The family room with the bunk bed was perfect for the three of us, and having a small kitchen was a great bonus so that we could prepare some meals ourselves. (We loved the Summit supermarket a short walk away) The room had a sweeping view of Ueno Park that was absolutely beautiful and full of activity to watch, and a nice visual respite from the city. The location was also great for connecting to the subway and JR trains. The hotel was very clean and quiet -- everything felt brand new and is well maintained. I would highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

Perfect stay with two young kids!
Wonderful stay for family with two young kids! Easy walking distance to Ueno Zoo and large, clean & comfortable room with small kitchenette made this a perfect spot for our visit to this part of the city!
