The concierge was particularly helpful with our queries and check in staff efficient. We ate regularly at the buffet for breakfast and dinner and always had a good meal. We dined at the Metropolitan twice, the first time the staff were attentive but the second time the service was very slow.

Hotel was beautiful, convenient to shopping and park. Having two breakfast options on main floor and Executive Lounge was very much great. Check in was easy and the receptionist gave us upgrade options which I availed of.

This in not a 5 star hotel. Please stop advertising it as so. The hotel is so old and decrepit. Also there was no mention is the reservation that you have to be 17 to use the gym. What a ridiculous policy. The breakfast was good but that was about it.
