This is our second time here because we loved our stay so much the first time but this time we were not impressed. We were put on the 3rd floor right next to the elevator with aview of a wall. I was hoping they would see that we are returning customers and give us a room with at least a window with light. It was very noisy all the time especially late at night. Needless to say, we will be staying elsewhere next time. Staff is friendly, hotel is clean. Rooms are tiny but that is expected. Hopefully you don't get the rooms with windows facing the wall since you will get no light at all.

A lovely modern hotel in the heart of Shinjuku. The room was modern and had plenty of amenities, we also received free drinks vouchers on check in. The only issue is the laundry is small and very busy, making it a challenge to get a machine during the evenings. But the hotel itself if great and staff are very friendly and attentive.

convenient location within walking distance to shopping and dining. Available laundry on property was a bonus! Rooms were quite small though but overall great value for the price. I recommend staying here.

Had a nice stay here! The welcome drink tickets were a nice touch. The location was great, right by Golden Gai and the hustle and bustle of Kabukicho, however, it was tucked away, not on a busy street which was great. The nearby 7-Eleven was nice. The rooms were small, but that was expected. The shower was nice.

No complaints at all for the hotel itself - typical Tokyo hotel room in that it was extremely efficient for the size. Shower / bathroom was actually a decent size with good amenities. Beds were comfortable. Only downside was the area around the hotel - we knew there would be bar / club activity in the are but definitely misjudged the extent of it. No fault of the hotel, and we couldn’t actually hear noise in our room unless someone was out and out screaming outside (which they sometimes were). Wouldn’t stay in this area again, but hotel itself was fine.

The rooms are pretty small but roomy enough for 1 person. Be aware that the room doesn't have a closet, drawer or sitting area. The bed is comfy. And the bathroom is VERY CLEAN. The area is very walkable with lots of dining options. It's very crowded so if you're looking for a quiet area, Shinjuku is not it. But if you're looking for crowds and fun, then you're in the right place. The hotel offers a free drink for each stay and has a laundry room.

The staff were friendly, room was clean and compact and had everything we needed. The area around the hotel is vibrant and busy, which we enjoyed to get a taste of Tokyo life, although it was a little noisy at times. Breakfast was well thought out and delicious. The hotel was perfect for a couple of nights in Tokyo.

This was an excellent place to stay. The front desk is efficient and friendly. The room while small by US standards was extremely clean and the bathroom was excellent. I would stay here again. Just realize the area it’s in Kabukicho can be noisy and a bit rowdy bit fortunately the hotel is offset from this a bit. Still this is an excellent choice for the area.

Not much service or amenities. While area is very close to Main Street in Shinjuku, it’s in a smaller alley nearby some clubs, bars, and other businesses and it’s a bit dirtier so I would say it’s not ideal for women or families with young children. Would be great for younger travellers who are interested in partying. Hotel itself is clean but they do not offer bottled water (you can get water yourself using their provided reusable bottles which I wasn’t comfortable with), and other things like swabs or cotton pads you need to request for. Room is small but that’s expected of Tokyo. Staff were friendly.

Plenty to eat/drink, but do keep in mind it’s a tourist hotspot. Lots of people everywhere. While it is safe, be wary of any offers or solicitations you may get while walking around. Otherwise enjoy.
