Perfect family hotel. Nice quiet area - with quick easy access to rail & tube; with frequent hotel bus pick up & drop off to Disney (land & sea). Close to good supermarkets & chainstores.

Hotel is decent staff is wonderful. The information on Expedia is misleading. Travelling with 2 adults and one child of 17. Hotel did not recognize child and did not offer breakfast vouchers. Also it was not specified on site which hotel we were staying at. Went to the tower where no reservation was found. Went over the the square where we were booked.

Great value, decent breakfast, lovely staff. The only thing around was a mall, and so it felt a little secluded from any action….maybe this is because we came from Shibuya, which was bustling and active. Convenient though if heading to Disney, the shuttle was perfect!

The property is two block walk from shin Urayasu train station and mall so if you’re coming in from a jr or Shinkansen line is very convenient. There’s a convenience store both inside the hotel and Nextdoor which is nice for a quick bite. The Onsen is awesome to come back to after a long day at Disney but the tub shower combo in the room is just as nice. Hotel is a little older and could use some updating but it’s clean and staff is helpful even though they’re not profeciejt at English.

Great location! Shopping and dining options within walking distance. Tokyo Disney also nearby. Loved the convenience store located in the hotel. Also 7Eleven nearby if need to do currency exchange. Would definitely stay here again.
