In the heart of Shinjuku. Lots of shops and restaurants around the location. While there is a lot to see, I did have a lot, and I mean A LOT, of people approach me about massages, going to shows and clubs. After a while it becomes really annoying. That being said, they do not come into the hotel and the hotel itself is very clean and staff and friendly.

This hotel is all hype and overall poor. The rooms are extremely small, even by Japan standards (190 sq ft). The difference between the single and double is they shove a slightly larger bed in the same exact space so you can only imagine how tight it all is. The Godzilla is just a gimmick, access is restricted, so the view you get from the street is all that's allowed. The "fridge' was this tiny little thing that was plastic and so old it was dark yellow (think from 1980). The bed was a horribly thin mat on a hard surface and the "pillow" were made of like styrofoam in 3 pieces, gave me neck and back pain every morning. Save your back/neck and just take the pics from the street, stay somewhere else.

The front desk was so kind and nice, very caring so that my family members managed to stay on the same floor after a swap by the front desk own iniriatives. He also guided us a way to save our parking fees. So mindful. The hotel was also located at a nice place

This was our second time staying here. We would not stay anywhere else. Awesome hotel. Right in the middle of everything. Lots of places to eat and train station is close by.

Amazing stay as usual
Always a pleasure staying here, I'm a frequent visitor with over 40 nights stay with friends and family. This time I upgraded to a Godzilla Top Floor room and it was big, roomy and an amazing view. HDMI hook ups, shower room as usual was fantastic. Great toilet of course. The beds a bit hard and pillows but I'm getting used to them.

Small Room, Limited Breakfast Options, but Excellent Service I recently stayed at this hotel in Tokyo, and while the overall experience was decent, there were a few things to note. The room was quite small, especially compared to the standard I’m used to in the UK. We could only open one suitcase at a time, which made things a bit cramped. If you have any food allergies, particularly gluten like I do, I wouldn’t recommend paying for the breakfast. The hotel doesn’t really accommodate dietary restrictions, so it was quite disappointing in that regard. On the positive side, the staff were very helpful and friendly, always ready to answer any questions we had. Another plus was the laundry facilities—there’s a room full of washing machines and tumble dryers, which I found incredibly handy for a longer stay. Overall, while there were some downsides, the excellent staff and convenient laundry facilities helped make the stay more comfortable.
