What a wonderful place to stay for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 young kids). Very spacious, kitchen well equipped, clean washroom with great water pressure, super comfortable beds, excellent, friendly service. Rent a Nintendo Switch for free, juice and free toiletries in the lobby, steps away from so many restaurants and coffee shops. The best accommodation I've ever stayed in in my travels for such a reasonable price! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this fantastic hotel!

This place really exceeded my expectations. This was my 5th time visiting Japan from the states. So let me start off by mentioning that I’ve stayed in many Tokyo hotels from prior visits and this one was by far my favorite for many reasons. First, If you’ve ever visited Tokyo before, you’ll know that the rooms are very small. This was my first time coming here with a toddler and we knew we needed extra room for them to run around. This place was perfect for our little family (3 of us total) The room was the perfect size. A double wide bed fit my wife, toddler, and I with no issues. The room had a small dining area with two chairs and a banquet. It also had a bunk bed that doubled as a couch below for a quick rest after walking all day when we were too sweaty to lay in bed. The room also had plenty of added amenities. A small kitchenette that was clutch for washing bottles. A good size mini fridge for cold snacks and baby milk. It even had a little cook top and microwave. The shower room also has a combo washer dryer! I didn’t even know those existed! I was also really surprised with the amount of storage this place had, including under bed storage for our luggage. Most importantly, we LOVED the staff. They spoke English well enough to answer all of our questions and always greeted us and our baby with genuine smiles and care. Lastly, this location was only about a 15 minute walk to a JR station (for JR pass users) and less a than 7 minutes walk to the nearest metro.

Great place to stay with family. Not recommended if you want to experience nightlife nearby. This was perfect if you’re with kids and need a roomy place to stay with your own laundry and kitchen.

We stayed at the Monday Apart for two nights in the first leg of our Japan trip. The hotel overall is nice! It is a small hotel in a skinny tower with 2 rooms per floor. It is a newer building. We had a room that slept 4. There was a bunk bed. The room is smaller but very functional. The unit is was very clean. The hotel is about a 10min walk to the nearest subway station within walking distance to Tokyo tower. It is in a quieter area of town. We would stay here again.

The stay was wonderful and superb. Staff are commendable especially Yu, he was really service oriented and helpful with our needs and questions. Actually, all the staff there deserve to be recognized with their services. The room was clean, having a washing machine is a plus and all the kitchen utensil are provided. The property is accessible and near to subway station which is walking distance only. Convenient stores are walkable and nearby restaurants are everywhere.

Having a washer and dryer in your room really made a big difference in hot summer days. We really like how quiet the neighborhood was and the staff are very nice and helpful all the time. We had a great time!
