The area is located in a quiet residential area and a good walk to the train station. A good distance to Ueno park, restaurants and shopping centers. There’s a couple of convenient stores cliseby. The room equipped with amenities as described in their website. The staff were accommodating and helpful.

Checked in at 10am. The property doesnt have a resto or cafe and not too many options in the area to eat in except for convenience stores. A 700meter walk to Ueno Ameyoko and more food choices are available. Train stations are similarly distanced. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and the walk is always pleasant. We were a group of 5 fit in 1 clean and functional room. The bath had a washing machine! Plenty of space in the bath too. Kitchenette was very useful. All in all an enjoyable stay.

Great sized, comfortable room (family room). Only 10 min walk to train stations. Disappointed couldn’t accommodate an early check in given how early we arrived after a long flight.

10 min walk to JR Ueno or JR Okachimachi station. 7/11, Lawson nearby. Well equipped apartment, spacious, good bed. Air condition was not in best shape-it was not perfect for hot Tokyo. We used laundry machine within the apartment, which was very convenient-washing gel together with basic toiletries is provided at the reception.

A fantastic place to stay. The room was a great size, bed was very comfy and the inclusion of a kitchette and a washing machine was really good. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the fact that they all spoke a little English was great. The location is close to 2 train/subway stations and an easy walk to Ueno Park and Asakusa. It was so quiet and peaceful which was unexpected in a city the size of Tokyo. If we ever come back I am sure we will stay here again. Thank you.
