Not what we booked. They switched rooms. It was more an apartment building than a hotel. It’s almost impossible to find. It’s very loud. There was a broken washer machine and no washcloths. Definitely not what shown in the pictures!

Nice simple hotel, close to the subway and easy to find. The room was small but had everything we needed. It was exceptionally quiet. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good pressure. Perfect for a short stay.

We are in Tokyo for our cruise trip. Room is nice, clean, tidy and has all the necessities amenities. Staffs are polite, kind, friendly and helpful. Able to put the luggage before and after so we can go out to explore Tokyo. Hotel has shuttle service to the airport but we didn’t use it since we go to the cruise terminal. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay and definitely will be staying again.
