Clean and new, but the queen room was extremely small. Seriously. Also a shower, toilet, and sink were by the window which makes me feel choked. Furthermore, even though the heater was turned off, I was feeling so hot all the time. couldn’t sleep well.

My stay at the Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo-Ariake has been excellent in every way. The reception is streamlined to a kiosk service for quick check in and check out process. I love that the hotel is connected to a mall with shopping and a variety of eateries. The onsen i used every night was super clean and relaxing. Great

The staff are nice and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful. In a quiet area, conveniently near, 2 train stations. With a wonderful view of the city and bay Area. Housekeeping staff keep the rooms nice and tidy on a daily basis. There’s a shopping mall, cinema, and food court behind the hotel. One thing to keep in mind, it is a bit out of the way from central Tokyo. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay, away from the busy tourist spots.

Excellent hotel. I don’t know how it compares to other hotels in Japan because it’s my first one, but it would be a 4 star in Canada. My only complaint would be that the bed was quite hard for a soft Canadian. My understanding is that this is very common in this country though. The staff were absolutely lovely and O would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I stayed here six night and it was very comfortable, I recommend adding the breakfast to your stay. Lots of options and everything is really good. I did also add the spa on my stay as well, but unfortunately it’s not tattoo friendly which was something I didn’t realize was a thing as it was my first time visiting Japan. The staff were super nice and helpful! Overall it was so nice, close to train and mall is literally next door. Definitely would stay here again :)

Excellent hotel for short stay.
Location is excellent, near train stations, besides a small mall and convenient shuttle bus service to Haneda airport. Room is pretty small but very clean. Good for short stay.

Relatively new and modern accommodation. Right next to Ariake Garden Shopping Mall with many amenities and dining. Near to attractions in Odaiba but be prepared for a bit of travel needed by subway/public bus to other cities (Skytree, Shinjuku, Ginza, Shibuya, Akihabara etc).
