As we have an early flight back home, we decided to check into this hotel the night before. The concierge is available 24 hours so you may check out anytime you like. There were lots of complimentary drinks in the fridge. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Many restaurants to choose from at haneda airport as well as haneda airport garden. There were souvenir shops for last minute shopping too.

A first class hotel with fantastic staff across all departments, who could not do enough for you. Ideal hotel when flying in or out of Haneda airport as just a five minute walk from the arrivals hall. Plenty of food outlets within the hotel complex. Large Spa / Onsen on the 12th floor is ideal place to unwind.

Arrived 1 hour early. Had to wait for the room. I checked into the room and it smelled like a fish. I ask them to change the room. They asked me to change to the double bed room. I refused and told them to call me when they figure out the room situation. I moved into the new room and it was fine. It was connected to the Hanada airport so that was good.

Great hotel - really above and beyond.
Beautiful hotel with great service. Lovely room with large bathroom. Perfect way to end a vacation and take away the stress of “getting to the airport”. I didn’t get to enjoy Onsen and spa and gym as I arrived too late. But they all looked incredible. Would definitely return here if I came to Haneda again.

Excellent Hotel with Convenient Location
A wonderful full-service hotel with an excellent location. Upon completing passport check and entering the arrival Hall at Haneda Airport's Terminal 3, simply walk straight towards the new shopping mall and then head to the hotel. Hotel staffs were professional, friendly and courteous. Our room was nicely furnished, and the bathroom was well-organized and clean. The gym has a wide range of equipment. Free entry to the spa after check-in, I tried its body messages and hot stone bed and found them quite satisfactory and very reasonably priced. Overall, very enjoyable stay.

It was great hotel but ONSEN IS all ways CROWDED …wish they give separate onsen spaces with hotel guest and spa only customers.
