The property was comfortable for 2 adults & 1 child in a room with 3 single beds joined together. It was 10min walk to Sunshine City Mall & 15min walk to JR station. Close to K books and 7-11 convenience store. The room is cleaned every 4th day but fresh towels everyday being eco policy and staff had good English and helpful.

Located within walking distance to large shopping center with many restaurants and areas to see/things to do but much more low key compared to some other areas of Tokyo. Will definitely stay here again when in Ikebukuro. Very nice and helpful staff too.

Everything was ok. Staff are friendly(actually it’s really depends on the person). Room cleaning needs to improve a bit. Some Hair here and there. Little away from station. But overall is good.
