Good for people are visiting to Disney land or Disney Sea. Shuttle bus available in the hotel for transport to station and disney resorts. People are helpful & polite. A nepalese (man) staff was quite helpful during checkout with organising a taxi. We will definitely come back again. Thank you all 😊

We loved staying here. Any hotel we stayed at after Hyatt Regency felt like a downgrade. Can't say anymore but will definitely stay here again next time we are in Tokyo. I wish the shuttle from hotel to train station ran 24 hours or at least until midnight. It did get a bit worrisome when we had to rush to catch the last train at 10 PM especially when you have children.

While the hotel is situated a bit far from central Tokyo, its numerous strengths more than compensate for the distance. The moment you step into the hotel you are greeted by a warm and welcoming staff. The employees go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone is exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The concierge is particularly helpful, providing detailed information on transportation to Disneyland and other local attractions. Cleanliness is a top priority. The rooms and common areas are immaculate, maintained to the highest standards. One of the main attractions is its proximity to Disneyland Tokyo. The hotel is just a short shuttle ride away, making it incredibly convenient for families looking to spend their days at the park. The shuttle service is frequent and reliable, ensuring you get to Disneyland quickly and comfortably.

The room is lovely and spacious, and the facility is well-maintained. The bed is very comfortable, and the sheets and blanket are good quality. The towers are very soft and white. I love shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, which are good quality and replenished daily. The staff is amiable and helpful. I love that transportation is provided daily, and the bus driver is very nice and friendly. I love the bus driver lady. She is so kind and helpful. The cleaning staff is amiable and valuable, too. I also enjoy coffee puds that are provided daily. Usually, I wouldn't say I don't like coffee in hotels, but this hotel offers good quality coffee. Also, bottled water was good, jester. Overall, I would love to stay at this hotel even though it is far from Tokyo's center and we have to travel 30-40 minutes. I highly recommend this facility to those who are traveling with family.
