From the moment we arrived by taxi, We were greeted by doorman, luggage unloaded with receipt, escorted to checkin. Checkin was quick and we were also escorted to our room with the luggage by staff. We needed assistance in locating shops we wanted to visit for certain gifts we wanted to bring home, Hiroshi at the concierge desk provided detailed information on getting us to where we wanted to go gift shopping, his patience and knowledge of the area was top notch. We appreciated the subtle design details from the eras of Frank Loyd Wright architecture. Facility is clean and organized along with the rooms of both our stays. The whole staff from the moment we arrived to the time we had to leave is first class and welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel and staff.

By far one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The interior is gorgeous, the staff is highly professional and it is in a great location very close to Ginza and the imperial palace. A must stay hotel.

Amazing hotel! I have not been for more than 15 years. The hotel is as amazing as I remembered. This was my 12 year old son’s first time staying and he was blown away by how nice the hotel and the service were! The pool is a little outdated but kids under 18 are allowed unlike a lot of hotels in Tokyo! Don’t hesitate to book and you won’t regret
