Nice rooms, great location, wonderful staff, delicious breakfast with a lot of things to chose from! The breakfast items were all beautifully prepared and the quality of the food was amazingly top notch! The staff in the restaurant for breakfast was so kind and helpful and they made us feel pampered and valued each of the 3 days of our stay! We'll definitely be coming back and staying here!

For our first stop and first visit to Japan this was the best place to start our trip. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms and bathroom were great size and the location was perfect made it so easy to get around to different areas in Tokyo very quickly with just a couple min walk to the Shinjuku Station! Highly recommend and would love to return!

the location is the best part of this hotel, 5 minutes walk to Shinjuku station. It is also close to shopping centers and lots of good food places. The Mattress and bedding could be better for the price charged. But overall it is good!

The rooms are small but well equipped. The location is excellent, close to the station Shinjuku which is home to the Narita express line, the Shonan line that takes you directly to Kamakura and several other lines. The hotel is quiet but literally minutes away from great restaurants, shops ( MontBell is two minutes away) and a huge park with a Japanese garden, a formal garden and a lovely temple. The breakfast is also delicious. They also offer all kinds of information on NEX, limousine bus. Most convenient place with nice amenities too.

SO WORTH IT
The room was spacious that we were fine even with our 3 check in luggages and 2 carry on. The customer service is so nice and they also do such a good job cleaning your room. I honestly already miss their toilet and water pressure in the shower lol the best part about this hotel is the location! It’s right next door to a Lawson so it was nice and convenient to get breakfast/snacks and it’s sooo close to the Shinjuku train station. The nearest exit is less than a 5 min walk and the main one is only a little further away. Even when we accidentally took the wrong stop on the train, it was only a 10 min walk back to the hotel. If we stay in the area again, will definitely book this hotel again.

Excellent for single room occupancy. For couples or families maybe rooms are too small. My sister and husband stayed next door in a double room, which was barely bigger than mine. For me alone the room was excellent, but with my wife it would be too tight. Don’t know if the hotel has much bigger rooms though.
