stayed for 6 nights with husband and 15-yr old daughter, and enjoyed the hotel experience. Staff are friendly and helpful, location is great with convenience stores and train stations just steps away. We opted to pre-pay for breakfast and was worth it.

I’ve stayed in a few hotels in Japan, but this is the first one where space was an issue. I know rooms for single travelers tend to be small, but this is the first time I had trouble finding space to open my luggage. I couldn’t even really stretch comfortably. Other than that, everything was great. There are places to rest in the lobby if the room starts to feel cramped. There’s a convenient subway stop on the corner for stops along the Ginza Line. Checking in and out was quick and easy. All the staff I interacted with was Bilingual. I feel like the space issue could easily be fixed with minor adjustments. It wasn’t so bad that it ruined my stay, it’s just that I had to work around it to get the most out of the space I had.

Had a fantastic stay, The location is superb, 10 minutes walk from Tokyo Station, off the main street so super quiet. Shops and restaurants are so close.Shared areas where great and has a great laundry area. Staff at the hotel were fantastic. Checking (at 8pm after a long haul flight with 2 teenagers) was fast and the duty manager was really helpful. Staff were very helpful, had good knowledge of the city. I've traveled a bit for work and leisure and this was one to the best hotels in the word I've stayed. Would come back!

The property is pretty modern and clean. I only had two minor issues. One is that the elevator always stops at the reception floor and when we asked to turn up the room, they didn’t replace our shower towels. Other than that, the staff is very friendly and it was nice that most of the staff was very fluent in English. The place is located really close by the Ginza and the Asakusa line and a 10 minute walk from the shopping area of Ginza and like 15 minutes from Tokyo Station where you can take the bullet train.

This is an excellent newer hotel centrally located. Subway is very close, as are restaurants and Tokyo JR station. The rooms are compact but superbly designed and organized, everything was perfect. Stayed 6 nights and highly recommend.
