This stay was pleasant but just average. Check in was on your own, as there is only an iPad for communication, but easy to navigate. Never saw a staff member but was able to get towels when requested. Just a bus ride to Disney, but if you want to go early the train is harder to navigate. Pros: Close to Kasai train station and close to a lot of convenient store shopping. Nice perk is the limosine bus from Narita or Hanada airport picks you up and drops you off very close to the hotel. I would say the area is safe, however there are slot machine places nearby. The neighborhood is quiet. Cons: Beds were a bit hard but manageable. We could not get the hot water on the sink to work or the heater in the room.

The rooms looks modern, well-maintained and well-equipped with kitchen appliances & cutleries. Only thing that can be improved is the foldable bed that has instructions that are not exactly straightforward on how to operate it. Also, for the method of communication, Sometimes its hard to get things you want done as staff is always not around except an iPad for calling at the front desk.

We are family of 4, was tight squeeze but was still comfortable enough for us. We had a 7 night stay, overall was very good but the Murphy bed and sofa bed were awful!! So hard it was difficult to sleep. And need better pillows and more of them! Regardless of these few things, I would still recommend Minn Kasai. Better for 3 people perhaps

It is as pictured. It was super clean and they have an air purifier in every room and leave them running after the clean! The kitchenette was absolutely perfect. They even provide a little sponge and soap for dishes. Our room had exactly 4 of everything (plates, flatware,) and some pots to cook. Directly across the hotel is a local supermarket where you can buy anything to make fresh food. As a celiac, this was especially important for me since I couldn’t eat off the street. Absolutely recommend. And Disney is only 14 minutes away via taxi and we paid ¥2800 for 3 of us. The bus station is within walking distance and is way cheaper but after a long day at Disney, it was a quick fix to get home.

Few minutes walk to Kasai station and also bus station (airport shuttle and Disney). Room is big with dinning table and sofa, also has a small kitchen which is very convenient.

Everything about it was easy. There is so much to walk to in the area and it is a short walk to Kasai station to get you where you need to go. If you are looking for something fancy, this isn’t it but that is not a bad thing. The rooms were small but it had everything we needed. I would stay here again.

Everything is new. Check in is a little bit hard because nobody is at the front desk. Have to make call on an iPad and receive info through it. All in all, it is a nice and friendly hotel.
