Es un lugar muy bien ubicado, muy limpio, con una buena atención, extraña al principio pues antes de las tres P.M. no hay nadie que te atienda y tienes que entablar una llamada de FaceTime con alguien que te da instrucciones, pero de ahí en fuera todo muy bien

Stayed here for one week with my husband and young daughter. Quiet, residential location across the street from a discount grocery store. Lots of dining options on the main street a few blocks away. Room is spacious and well-equipped, including a washer-dryer that does it in one cycle, so you can set it for the day and come back to clean laundry. Walkable to two metro stations and one train station. My only complaint is that if you communicate with the hotel staff via LINE, your messages can be seen on the tablet at the front desk for everyone to see, so not very private. Otherwise would definitely stay here again!

We had such a great experience staying at Minn Nihonbashi. The communication with the hotel was incredible. Every time I had a question I just msgd and they answered promptly. Our room size was great for a family of 4. We had everything we needed. Subway was only a few minute walk and plenty of 711’s and family marts around. The only thing I would say is I would have liked to get fresh towels more than once on our 10 night stay. Other than that, no complaints! Will stay here again!

I would still give this place another try
The room overall was accommodating; we are a family of 5 and there was sufficient room, not a lot, but just enough. There were no views to be seen from the windows as you're in downtown Tokyo surrounded by sky rises. With that being said, it's convenient to subway/train locations to connect to anywhere you need to get to. I took the train from this location to the airport for a fraction of the price which was extremely convenient. I had been in Japan for over a week at this point and it wasn't the most cleanest room it had a musky smell and when we were in the room, a couple of us had allergies flare up. Once we went to the outside, we were just fine. There is a grocery store less than a hundred hundred feet away, which because EXTREMELY convenient.

Complete the Pre-check in before arriving to save yourself hassle as previous reviews state that the front desk can be unattended at times. There’s only one lift, taxis must be caught from the main road a few minutes away. Definitely the quietest place I’ve stayed in Japan.

If you're looking for a quieter place away from the hussle and bussle and at a fraction of the price by being in the central areas of Tokyo, this place is awesome. Around the corner from OK supermarket, and the feel of luxury stay, for a value price. This was prefect for our young family as we didn't want to be in the busy areas, and wanted to explore more local options too, which we did! The location was perfect as it was in the middle of all the locations we wanted to go (eg Asakusa, Teamlab Planets, Disneyland, etc). Otherwise we'd be doing 2 nights for every location! Can't wait to stay at Minn again 😊

The property was comfortable and clean. There is usually no one at reception. There’s an iPad through which you connect to a cloud reception. Our train from Tokyo got cancelled due to typhoon. We needed help from the reception to extend our booking but the staff did not help at all. Instead they just laughed at our request.

The bunk bed was awesome. Loved the close proximity to a supermarket. Had all the necessities for a long term stay. Spacious. Liked the nice decor. I appreciated that someone was there to help with my check in, as it made things a lot easier. To improve: Some instructions on how to check out would be appreciated. The shampoo and conditioner and body wash was half full when we arrived. Other than that, it was an excellent value for the proximity to every major attraction in central Tokyo.

The hotel sent us a link a day before our stay to pre check in, so it when very smooth when we arrived at the hotel for the self check in. Check out process is super easy too, you just scan the QR code at the door. The hotel is very clean, spacious and with washer and dryer so you can do your laundry during our stay in Japan. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Japan.

Over all, it was a great experience. But for the communication with the staff, I had to use LINE app: which is the standard for Japanese people, but not for those from other countries. Otherwise I needed to go to the lobby and use the ipad to call the staff to address the issue, which is inconvenient.
