Wonderful stay, would definitely stay here again. Lovely traditional feeling rooms, just the right size, great area surrounding the hotel. If youre debating staying here, do it, i think you'll be happy you did
Beautiful hotel, has been open less than a year. The natural hot springs inside are totally awesome. There are 2 hot pools, 2 pots, 2 jacuzzi, sauna, and a cold pool. Also very nice dressing room. Breakfast was very nice. Many shops and restaurants right outside the door. It’s a really busy neighborhood with lots of people on the streets.
We loved our stay at Onyado Nono. Our room had a beautiful view of the Senso-ji temple and was only steps away. There are tons of dining options around the hotel and transit was close too. The actual hotel room was very spacious (especially for Tokyo), and we were glad to have booked the King bedroom. We also loved that we were able to use massage chairs after doing lots of walking.
The only negative of our stay was that the bed was quite hard and the pillow was extremely hard with only 1 pillow per person. We only stayed for one night, otherwise we would have asked for another pillow.
Easily the best hotel, combination of cleanliness and location, that we stayed at on our long Tokyo trip. If staying around Asakusa, I would stay here again without hesitation.
Terrific choice for a hotel, especially if you don't mind being right in the middle of a major tourism spot. Absolutely lovely staff and facilities, luxurious onsen, and charming rooms. Excellent value for money, especially if you book early.
The onsen was the best experience ever. I'd come back here every single time. We also enjoyed the free noodles and possibles every night. Thank you. Everyone was very friendly.
The hotel is amazing with tatami floors throughout.
The facilities are also exceptional.
It’s very close to restaurants, shops, shrines and train stations. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay here again!
I didn’t realize so many amenities were included with the stay! Absolutely lovely. The rooms are quite small and comfortable. Ideal spot to walk around Sensoji Temple at night when it is much less crowded.
There is no free flow of drinks compared to the same chain of hotel in Matsumoto. They give me only 2 coupons per day with time restriction from 1500-2000hrs. Only coffee is provided all day long. There is a commercial discrimination for hotels in Tokyo compared to outside Tokyo.
Cleaning service was also wanting as they forgot to provide us with towels and socks when we chose no cleaning service for one day.
The Yukata for wearing in the hotel and for Onsen looked so worn and old.
The staff here is very polite and helpful. Even though their English is limited, nothing Google translate can't fix ☺️. Rooms are small but have everything you need and more. The onsen can get crowded at certain times but nice treatment for the sore feet you get from walking all day everywhere. The breakfast buffets are superb. Overall 10/10
