Cool concept with art throughout hotel. Liked having washer/dryer on location. Rooms are small and hotel pretty far from most areas we visited. Pro is two subway stations are close that can get you around the city. Great views and bar.

Wonderful Hotel
This is a fabulous hotel! Breakfast was delicious. Super comfortable bed and our room had a great view of Mt Fuji - The location was so convenient to trains and was also walkable to many sights. I definitely will stay here again!!!

Over all a nice spot and location. Rooms are spacious and nicely appointed. Our room had an amazing view. The lobby floor also has a spectacular view and lounge area to enjoy a drink from a vending server. Hotel front desk staff are very friendly. The only set back was the restaurant had a very, very limited menu. In most cases we were out exploring the city and eager to go offsite to eat. We only tried it for a late lunch on day we were packing to leave. Not a show stopper but would say it was average food and service.

This hotel was an interesting one. To save time, it was more expensive than it should have been. Keep reading for why; Firstly while it is technically located seconds from a train station, it is on the inconvenient yurikamome line. The shinbashi station is also technically attached by underground but a good 10-15m walk. Ginza shopping district is right on the edge of not running the meter on a taxi, but a good 20 min walk. So wherever you are going to go, you need to build in time to walk to transport or be willing to deal with a taxi driver that has picked you up for a 4 min ride. The hotel, is very western style. I was surprised to find my room extremely basic, and tbh a little rusty. The shower head & faucets could use a little derust/scaling. And the carpet in my room was stained and gross. While the staff were very polite & friendly, but when I checked in I wasn’t shown where the drinks are located, or offered anything out of the norm except a delayed check out time. I was really disappointed when I saw other guests being handed a menu of room options (views vs art rooms & also where the drinks were located ) When i did find the drinks, the coffee and tea were out, there was no juice (as mentioned). This isn’t a language barrier thing, as I am fluent in Japanese and was communicating to the staff in it. There are few food options near by.(under 10min) Redeeming factor was the super nice staff.
