Modern, clean, upscale hotel. Staff are polite and pleasant, but a little stiff. Rooms are VERY small. There was some kind of massage chair in ours that took up most of the limited floor space. No place to store luggage. Ideal for a solo traveler, but difficult for a couple.

Good size twin corner room, comfortable bed, good bathroom and amenities. Great window blinds for full blockout. Friendly and helpful reception staff. The double rooms were smaller but that's Tokyo

Was very quiet, clean and convenient. Not high end but the price reflects that. Overall we were very happy with this location, in particular how quiet it was at night and that it was clean. Typical Japanese hotel in that there is not a lot of space in the room but we were happy with our choice.

Great location.
This was fine for what we needed- comfortable room, accessible to transportation, walking distance to a variety of things. The convinis and don quijote right around the corner came in handy, especially for getting some last min souvenirs. For cleaning, you’d leave your towels outside and a bag of new towels would be left at the door. If I went back to Tokyo, I’d be open to booking again.

Great hotel in a great location. We used Shimbashi Station to catch the train, which was very convenient since it served many lines so we could take the same walk every day. Also loved that this hotel dropped off water bottles and towels without entering the room as part of their eco cleaning for days we didn't get our room cleaned.

Good stay and location
Enjoyed the location of this hotel close by to the underground. Room was comfy and clean. Reception area was on the first floor so you got the lift up as you walked in. Good location if wanting to visit Disney and downtown Tokyo.

Loved remm ! We've stayed at hotels of this size in Tokyo so in comparison to the compact spaces, this one felt easy to navigate within despite the massage chair being a bit awkward and clunky. Our room had TRUE blackout curtains, I was always confused and shocked to find out the sun was up because you really couldn't tell! Very smooth stay for those who speak English. Staff were great. Comes with a mini iron steamer duo which is not often found. Massage chair was actually helpful because we walked soo much. The whole property felt new and elevated. Happy with this and would come back :)
