Amazing stay, great value, excellent location.
Amazing location, right by the subway entrance so you can travel and tour the city with ease. It is a 10min short walk from the heart of Ginza so you are close to shopping and restaurants. Also right next to a 7/11. Staff is friendly. Check-in was relatively easy although digital which seems to be the norm for a lot of places in Japan. Room is small but manageable. It was very quiet, hardly any noise so that was great especially for those who are a light sleeper. Complimentary 2 bottles of water daily. Highly recommend. Thought it was great value.

Located in a fairly quiet area but still very close to Tokyo Station and shopping. There is a subway station right in front of the hotel. Excellent service from reception to housekeeping.

Good location near Tokyo station and right next to Kyobashi station. Room was bright and clean and the massage chair was a great touch. Downside was that the room was small so if you have a large luggage you might have a problem in terms of where to open your suitcase. Reception is friendly and check in and out is easy on their machines. Staff don’t always speak English super well but they’re friendly and with their electronic translator we were able to sort out luggage forwarding.

The location was very convenient, nice hotel, very clean and quite! Only downside as most of the hotels in tokyo is the size of the room! However still was good! I recommend it!!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at remm Tokyo Kyobashi during my recent trip to Japan (Sep 24'), and I can confidently say it was a fantastic choice! I checked into the hotel at an ungodly hour and there were still staff on hand to check me in. Location: One of the standout features of this hotel is its prime location in the Ginza shopping district. The Kyobashi train line is literally right outside the door, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. In just 20 minutes, I could be in vibrant Shibuya or soaking in the history of Asakusa via Akihabara. Additionally, it’s only a 10-12 minute walk to Tokyo Station, which is perfect for catching a Shinkansen to other destinations. Surrounding Amenities: The hotel is surrounded by an array of shops and eateries. For high-end shopping, Ginza 6 and Loft are within walking distance, and there's a 7-11 right next to the hotel for any quick snacks or essentials. I also enjoyed the diverse dining options, from cozy izakayas and sushi spots to burger joints. A bit further along, about a 15-minute walk, I found a Don Quijote, which was a fun experience in itself! Overall Experience: The remm Tokyo Kyobashi combines convenience, comfort, and access to the best of Tokyo. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to experience the city while staying in a well-placed hotel. Whether you're a first-time visitor or a seasoned traveler, this hotel makes it easy to enjoy all that Tokyo has to offer!

Excellent Location and Staff
Excellent staff. Immaculately clean and modern hotel. It's very convenient with a Tokyo Metro stop in front of the hotel. It's only a 7 to 10 minute walk to the Tokyo Station train depot, which makes it a great location if spending a few days in the city. There's also a restaurant inside the hotel, as well as a convenience store right next door.

Outstanding location. Well thought amenities. Small rooms, though. In the miniscule room, they have a large massage chair, which is utterly useless and occupies the space that could have been used to open a suitcase. They do not have a laundry machine and is 15 minutes walk from the hotel
