My husbands allergies were absolutely terrible the first night, he was up and down all night with congestion, runny eyes, and post nasal drip… he found mild by the curtains in the corner of the room. I will say that when we called to change rooms they were very on top of it and understanding, they showed us 3 new rooms to choose from and examine. He felt much better the remainder of the stay. Service was fantastic but the room itself was pretty plain and while the facility itself was beautiful the gym was a bit pathetic. Next time we will probably not spend 300$ a night on a room since the “amenities” of the hotel were not great. We much prefer the grand Hyatt in roppongi for similar price point

Amazing stay! Was able to get a room upgrade for an affordable price and definitely felt like royalty staying at this hotel. They have a train station connected right underneath the hotel which makes it so simple to navigate around. Definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

Very clean and quiet. We were on our honeymoon and they left us the sweetest note in our room. The decor is outdated (like the rest of the reviews said) but still very nice. We were upgraded to a larger room upon checking in (for a small fee) and we loved our stay. Also loved how close the hotel is to the metro subway system and the airport limo which made getting back to Narita after our trip a breeze. Only complaint is that I thought there was a pool based on the pictures but we couldn’t find it. We didn’t ask though.

This is a good hotel because of its location adjacent to the metro subway and the airport limousine hub for Narita and Haneda ($7 one-way). There are a few small restaurants and a grocery store, Lawson's, and 7-Eleven nearby. What I did not like was while they upgraded me to a slightly larger room, it was very outdated looking with worn furniture and a bathroom that looked like it had not been remodeled since the 1970s. Overall this felt like a typical large high-volume American downtown hotel. The lobby looks nice and they do have a tea garden that we did not get to experience as we were there only one night.
