The overall experience was good and staff were very friendly. But safety might be a concern as anyone can walk into the hotel and use the elevators as they don’t require you to use your hotel key to operate. Also the rooms are very small so if you have big luggage’s it going to be hard to open them. The bathroom is very small as well and it is not height friendly for tall people. But the best part of this hotel is the location as you are next to everything and the metro station.

Disappointing
I have stayed in other Tokyu REIs and this was a big step down - the room smelled of cigarette smoke (in a non-smoking hotel), there was rubbish (eg a bottle top) under the bed and someone else's hair on the bathroom walls. The hotel also seems to attract people who.like shouting in the corridors. One to avoid perhaps.

This hotel is right around the corner from Shibuya Crossing and across the street from Shibuya EST (gaming center). Its is walking distance from absolutely EVERYTHING! Restaurants Shibuya Sky, LV, Gucci, anything you can think of you can walk to from this hotel. The rooms are a bit small and we didn’t have a tv. They used projector and it was in Japanese but we were able to access You Tube in English. The hotel food/restaurant needs improvement and the bar was never open. I didn’t see but 1 or 2 ppl inside. Eating outside the hotel is better. The hotel offers free umbrellas to take every day. The area is busy not noisy. The people are kind but not polite. Make sure to have goggle translate on your phone you’ll need it! Keep an extra charger because you’ll need it!

Location, location, location! Property is so close to Shibuya Scramble and all of the activities around it. Easy access to JR line. Staff very nice and helpful. Regular rooms are very small with “cruise ship” size bathrooms. Highly recommend an upgrade for the bathroom. We would stay there again.

The staff is excellent. Always smiling and very helpful. The location is amazing as well! Tons of great restaurants right behind the hotel. The food around Shibuya is way cheaper than in Osaka. We will look at the REI every time we travel to Tokyo as our first option.

Great location close to Shibuya station with access to all the places you want to visit in Tokyo - Shinjuku, Ginza, Naka Meguro, and any easy 15-20min walk along Cat street to Omotesando and Harajuku. Like that they have laundry (washing machine and dryers) and vending machines on 5th Floor. Ice making machine also came in handy. Wish Smart TVs with YouTube were in every room but are only in higher grade ones.

Great hotel in the centre of Shibuya. The rooms were clean and thr bed was very comfy - just what we needed to recover from a 14 hour flight! Breakfast was brilliant, with a wide selection of things to choose from - especially liked the omelette station. Location perfect near transport links.

The location of this hotel was excellent, very close to Miyashita park and associated areas with lots of dining choices. It was also very close to the metro/train and scramble crossing - this comes with large crowds and sadly lots of litter. The property itself was very clean. I visited in September and found the air conditioning to be rather feeble (in room) and hallways. The room and bathroom was a bit small, especially if you don't travel light, but these are small trade-offs to be located so very close to everything!
