Right across the street from Shinagawa Station, therefore easy access to Yamanote line and the bullet train to Osaka or Kyoto. Very courteous and helpful staff - quick check-in and checkout is a matter of dropping off your room card, as long as you've incurred no extra charges during your stay. 7-11 store on the ground level of North Tower is very convenient and open 24 hours. Will stay here again when in Tokyo!

This has been our favorite hotel on our trip! The location can not be beat as it’s literally right across from the Shinagawa station. This made it incredibly easy to get around. The room was comfortable. We loved the free breakfast included in our stay. It was also super convenient to have a 7-11 and other stores on property. Do NOT miss the onsite aquarium when staying here! It was an awesome experience including rides and a fantastic dolphin show. We would totally stay here again!!

Hotel stay was great. Room was clean and updated. Room was cozy but not too small, besides, I am not staying here to camp in my room anyway. Area around has places to eat, and easy access to transit. Staff could speak English to get around my bad Japaneese. Only point was breakfast is really light, dont expect to have a large hotel breakfast.

Very nice hotel located next to Shinigawa train station, so was easy for sightseeing. There were nice restaurants and shops right next to the hotel. Hotel offered free breakfast buffet. The room was clean, great working AC, and a humidifier/air purifier. Would definitely recommend.

Room and property were very clean. Breakfast buffet was good. Easy access to Shinigawa station which is right across the street, so can get on Shinkansen and JR rail lines. Quick access to Haneda airport. Only downside is the limited number of restraurants in walking distance.

This property is absolutely perfect for traveling through. Let’s say you fly into Narita - you take the Narita Express to Shinagawa, leave the west gate out of Shinagawa station and boom, it’s across the street. Check in is fast and easy, you go up to your room and it has everything you need (as a frequent traveler, it’s perfect)… really easy for solo traveling. Literally every amenity needed.
