Staying here for convenience, that’s all
The check in locations are very confusing. Nobody inform me they have three difference check in counters. Oh wait, maybe there are more and I found the reception for N tower after going to three different counters. Lol.
Room is small and compact, which is common in Japan and it has no view, you are basically paying a premium for the location close to the station. Good to have convenient store downstairs.
Location, location, location.
I had to stay two nights in this hotel due to the Typhoon. It is located in front of Shinagawa Station and I didn’t need an umbrella/rain coat. The complementary light breakfast was decent (as a free meal). The carpet o and the toilet bowl in my room were not spotless clean. It would be nice if the USB port was near the head of the bed but the room was well designed and comfortable.
Rooms are very small especially if you have large suitcases and 2 people in the room but hotel is right by train station so easy to get around Staff are friendly although don’t ask them to book a taxi anywhere

The hotel is just across the street from Shinegawa Station, making it very easy to access the rest of Tokyo by train.
The room is a joke in size. We would hardly pass each other and no place to even open a suitcase. I stayed here last year in the annex tower and it was amazing. I had no idea I would get this travesty of a room in the north tower this time. It’s built for midgets. I was too tired after the long flight to complain but not coming back.
The rooms are a bit old, but the staff is amazing and they provide a very nice free breakfast. Gotta love them. The location, which is a 2 min walk from Shinagawa station (15 minutes by subway to Haneda Airport), can't be beat! So glad we chose this hotel for our short stay!

Disliked: Room comfort
Small Furniture
Furniture was really small.
And no, it’s not just how Japanese hotel rooms are. I was there three weeks and stayed in 7 hotels and this was the worst of them all.
Perfect hotel to stay very close to the Shinagawa Station. They offer breakfast included at a very reasonable rate per night. Rooms and bathroom are small compared to hotels in other countries, but for a Japanese standard I think they are average, anyway your there to sleep.
This was a nice hotel. It was extremely large and connected to 3 other towers. The Shinagawa metro station is right across from the street and makes it very convenient to catch the Narita Express. The neighborhood outside of the Prince hotel did not have a lot to offer.
Great hotel for one or two nights.
